Wyoming: federal judge prevents sexting prosecution

A federal judge has issued an order that prevents prosecutors from filing charges in a sexting case in Wyoming County.

A teenager named Marissa Miller and several Tunkhannock Area students were caught sending sexually explicit images over their cell phones in 2008.

Her family and two other families went to federal court to fight the possibility of child pornography charges against the teens. They were represented by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
